Case-36258

Case-36258

Dr. Kilgo

A woman in her 40s presented after bilateral augmentation mastopexy over 20 years ago. She had capsular contractures and waterfall deformities. A waterfall deformity occurs when the breast tissue “falls off” the breast implant. Correction required removal of her textured implants, bilateral capsulectomies, right mastopexy with auto augmentation and left mastopexy. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her procedure.
