Case-39572
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 30s, 2 years post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had an elongated overly-projecting nasal tip, a dorsal hump, severe tip asymmetry, septal deviation, and a drooping tip. Nasal tip de-projection, tip elevation, dorsal hump reduction, septal reset, correction of septal deviation, improvement of tip symmetry, and nasal tip refinement were performed. A mastoid fascia graft was placed to help improve tip symmetry, tip unification, and correct the visible cleft in the lower lateral cartilage, as seen in the tip. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face.
