Case-41484
Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, 7 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had a dorsal hump, a bulbous tip, a deviated septum, crooked dorsal aesthetic lines, and a drooping tip. Dorsal hump reduction, septal reset, tip elevation, and tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling.
