A woman in her 40s who presented with breast cancer and underwent bilateral mastectomy followed by tissue expander placement (not shown). She was reconstructed at a second stage with bilateral autologous tissue reconstruction utilizing a D IEP flap and a muscle-sparing free TRAM followed by nipple areolar reconstruction. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her most recent procedure.
