Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who presented with bilateral tuberous breast deformity as well as excess skin of the abdomen with rectus diastases and flank adiposity after pregnancy. She underwent bilateral augmentation mastopexy with 305 cc smooth round silicone implants utilizing a type III dual plane technique. She also had an abdominoplasty and flank liposuction. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her procedure.
