Case-57065

Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s desired fuller, more uplifted breasts and improvement in her abdominal contour after pregnancy. She preferred not to have breast implants placed. She underwent bilateral breast lift with auto augmentation and fat grafting along with abdominoplasty and high-definition liposuction of the upper abdomen and flanks. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her surgery.
