Case-67190

Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who had undergone prior breast augmentation by another surgeon approximately 15 years earlier developed significant waterfall deformity after 2 pregnancies. This occurs when the breast tissue falls over the implant leading to the appearance of a sagging breast below the implant. She underwent removal of her breast implants with placement of 325 cc smooth round implants and correction of her waterfall deformity with a breast lift. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after surgery.
