A woman in her 50s who had undergone prior bilateral augmentation followed by a revision. These surgeries were performed elsewhere. She reported with significant implant malposition with the left being inferiorly displaced and the right being superiorly positioned. In addition, she had a double bubble deformity on the left with bilateral waterfall deformities. To address these issues, she underwent removal of both implants, bilateral capsulorrhaphy, left capsulectomy, placement of bilateral silicone implants and bilateral mastopexies. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her surgery.
