Case-73523

Case-73523

Dr. Kilgo

A woman in her 40s had previously undergone breast augmentation elsewhere and presented with changes to her breasts and abdomen after multiple pregnancies. She complained that her breasts had descended over the implants consistent with a ‘waterfall deformity’. She underwent revision of her prior breast augmentation with implant exchange, pocket modification with a repair of her capsule and bilateral mastopexy. In addition, she had an abdominoplasty. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately 8 months after her surgery.
