This patient, a woman in her 30s, had undergone prior breast reduction surgery many years ago elsewhere. She was unhappy with the appearance for breasts, namely loss of upper pole volume, along with significant asymmetry in the breast size, shape, and nipple areolar position. The patient desired fuller, more lifted breasts without breast implants. She underwent bilateral mastopexy with fat grafting. The post-operative photos were taken approximately six months after her surgery.
