This patient, a mother in her 50s, lost weight through a combination of diet, and exercise and GLP-1’s. She desired improvement in her breast volume and shape as well as abdominal contour. Because she is an avid weightlifter, she preferred to have the implants placed above the muscle. She underwent subfascial placement of 265 cc motive implants along with an internal bra for long-term support. She also underwent an abdominoplasty. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her procedure.
