This patient, a mother of 2 in her 40s, desired fuller, more uplifted breasts after pregnancy and weight loss. She preferred to avoid breast implants. She underwent auto augmentation mastopexy with fat grafting. This procedure transfers breast tissue from the lower to the upper portion of the breast to create more upper pole fullness, with additional volume provided by fat transfer. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 4 months after her surgery.
