This patient, a woman in her 40s, had previously undergone liposuction of her abdomen and flanks elsewhere and was troubled by the contour deformities left after her procedure. She also desired fuller, more uplifted breasts without the use of a breast implant. She underwent bilateral auto augmentation mastopexy, fat grafting to the breasts, abdominoplasty, and hip liposuction. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 5 months after her surgery.
