Patient 148

Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, 1 month post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had an overly projecting nasal tip and drooping tip. The overall goal in surgery is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose. Drooping tip deformity was fixed and the nasal tip projection was decreased. The result is a conservative change to the nose for a natural and subtle change.
