A patient in her 50s who lost approximately 70 pounds through diet and exercise with GLP-1 supplementation desired aesthetic improvement of her arms and breasts. She underwent bilateral brachioplasty along with a breast lift and auto augmentation utilizing excess fat from her lateral chest area to increase the volume and improve the shape of the breasts. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 5 months after her procedure.
