Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 30s who developed cancer of the left breast. She underwent a left mastectomy with sentinel node biopsy and opted for a right prophylactic mastectomy, both done using a nipple sparing technique. She has an immediate breast reconstruction with tissue expanders followed by exchange to silicone implants and fat grafting. The post-operative photos were taken approximately 5 months after her mastectomies.
