A woman in her 30s- who had undergone prior bilateral augmentation mastopexy (pre-op photos taken prior to that procedure). She desired larger implants and a reduction in the diameter of her nipple areolar complexes. She underwent removal of her 325cc implants with insertion of 415cc silicone implants and nipple areola reduction. The post-op photos were taken 9 months after her most recent surgery.
