A woman in her 20s with chronic neck, back, and shoulder pain as well as painful stretch marks across the shoulder secondary to the excessive weight of her breasts. She had a breast reduction with liposuction of the lateral chest area for contour improvement. The postoperative photographs were taken 8 months after her procedure.
