A woman in her 20s desired fuller, more uplifted breasts but wanted to avoid breast implants. She underwent bilateral auto augmentation mastopexy. She also had high-definition liposuction of the abdomen. The fat removed was used for fat transfer to the breast to provide more fullness. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 5 months after her procedure.
