Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, who had two previous rhinoplasties which left her with an over-projecting elongated nasal tip, a bulbous tip, drooping tip, a dorsal hump, and inability to breathe through her nose. She is now 6 months post-op from tertiary revision rhinoplasty with nasal tip deprojection to shorten the overall length of her nose, tip refinement, tip elevation, and placement of a columellar strut graft and spreader grafts using MTF cartilage to add tip support and improve her breathing.
