Dr. Reish
A woman in her 20s, 2 months post-op rhinoplasty. This patient had an overly-projecting nasal tip, a dorsal hump, and a high set radix. She wanted only a subtle change in her appearance. Nasal tip de-projection, dorsal hump reduction, lowering of her radix, and nasal tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which is smaller in all dimensions and fits her face.
