Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 30s who underwent bilateral breast augmentation 9 years ago. She subsequently had children and changes in weight and desired revision of her breast augmentation with augmentation mastopexy as well as aesthetic correction of her abdomen. She underwent implant exchange with 285cc silicone implants, mastopexies, abdominoplasty with liposuction of flanks, hips and upper abdomen. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her procedure.
