Patient 250
Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who desired aesthetic improvement in her breasts and abdomen after pregnancy and weight loss. She underwent bilateral augmentation mastopexy utilizing 305 cc smooth round silicone implants placed in the submuscular plane. Given her degree of ptosis and skin laxity absorbable mesh reinforcement was utilized to prevent implant malposition. The patient also had an abdominoplasty.
