A woman in her 20s who lost approximately 80 pounds through diet and exercise alone. She desired aesthetic correction of her abdomen and flanks. She underwent full lipo abdominoplasty with liposuction of over 3 L from her upper abdomen and flanks in addition to resection of excess overhanging skin. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 2 months after her procedure.
