Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 50’s who had 2 prior breast augmentations elsewhere was found have an intracapsular rupture on the right breast implant. She desired removal and replacement along with a breast lift. In addition, she desired aesthetic correction of her abdomen and flanks.
She underwent removal of both breast implants, placement of 350cc silicone breast implants, mastopexies with full abdominoplasty with liposuction of flanks upper abdomen. Her post-operative photographs were taken 6 months after her procedure.
