Breast Reconstruction- DIEP flap: 35 year old woman who underwent bilateral prophylactic mastectomies followed by immediate DIEP flap reconstruction. She also had fat grafting and placement of silicone implants during a second stage procedure. The photo is taken 2 years postoperatively.
