A woman in her 40s presented with invasive carcinoma of the right breast requiring right nipple sparing mastectomy. The patient opted for a left risk reducing nipple sparing mastectomy. She underwent immediate reconstruction with placement of 210 cc IDEAL implants and AlloDerm. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 1-1/2 years after her procedure.
