Patient 28

Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 50s deemed at high risk for breast cancer desired bilateral nipple sparing risk reducing mastectomies. She initially underwent placement of tissue expanders followed by exchange to 450 smooth round silicone breast implants. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her most recent procedure.
