35 year old woman with a positive BRCA gene mutation who underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and a staged reconstruction with placement of a tissue expanders followed by removal and implant placement at a later stage. The postoperative photographs were taken approximately 4 months after placement of 520cc silicone implants.
