Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 30s who presented with invasive carcinoma of the left breast underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy. She had immediate reconstruction with partial submuscular placement of silicone implants and AlloDerm. She required radiation therapy to the left reconstructed breast postoperatively. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her surgery.
