Procedure: Breast Augmentation with bilateral removal of saline implants; bilateral insertion of subpectoral silicone implants
Notes: 39 year old female who had saline implants placed above the muscle many years prior at an outside practice. Patient wanted silicone implants placed below the muscle which was accomplished via an inframammary approach.
