A woman in her 60s who desired more uplifted breasts and a flatter abdomen. She underwent bilateral augmentation with 300 cc saline implants with mastopexies. At the same time she underwent abdominoplasty with liposuction of her flanks. Her photographs were taken two months postoperatively.
