Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s desired fuller, more uplifted breasts after pregnancy. She underwent bilateral augmentation mastopexy with submuscular placement of 285 cc smooth round silicone implants. To provide implant stability and minimize risk of malposition, absorbable mesh was used for additional support. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 weeks after her procedure.
