Patient 74

Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who desired fuller, more uplifted breasts and improved abdominal contour after losing over 100 pounds through diet and exercise and GLP–1 supplementation. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation mastopexy with submuscular placement of 355 cc smooth round silicone implants. Given her weight loss, it was determined that she would benefit from an “internal bra “procedure with placement of absorbable mesh to provide additional long-term support. In addition, she also underwent an abdominoplasty. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 4 months after procedure.
