Woman in her 40s who desired aesthetic improvement of her abdomen and breasts after multiple pregnancies. She underwent abdominoplasty with flank liposuction and breast augmentation with smooth round 325 cc silicone implants utilizing a dual plane technique with bilateral circum-areolar mastopexies. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 1.5 years after surgery.
