This patient, a woman in her 30s desired fuller, more uplifted breasts after losing approximately 60 pounds through a combination of diet, exercise, and GLP-1 medication. She underwent subfascial placement of 380 cc implants. Given her weight loss and reduced skin elasticity, mesh was placed as an internal bra for additional support. The photographs were taken approximately 2 months after her surgery.
