A 40-year-old woman who had recently lost 30 pounds through diet and exercise. She desired a breast lift and aesthetic improvement of her abdomen. She underwent a bilateral mastopexy (breast lift) and an abdominoplasty. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 10 months after her surgery.
