Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who had prior bariatric surgery with significant weight loss desired improvement in her abdominal and flank contour. In addition she had large ptotic breasts that because chronic neck, back and shoulder pain. She had a breast reduction with liposuction of the lateral chest rolls as well as abdominoplasty and flank liposuction. The photographs were taken 2 years after her procedure.
