34 yo F with very large breasts. She is in great shape, but her breasts were extremely uncomfortable for her, got in the way of her exercise, and caused a lot of back pain. She underwent a short-scar vertical breast reduction and is seen here 6 months out from surgery. They are lifted and she has an amazing outcome.
