A woman in her 30s who underwent bilateral breast augmentation elsewhere approximately 9 years ago. After having children, she desired revision of her breast augmentation and improvement in her contour. She underwent implant exchange with 285 cc silicone implants, mastopexies and lipo-abdominoplasty. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her procedure.
