Breast Augmentation Revision: The patient is a 53 yr old woman with bilateral leaking silicone implants placed 25 years earlier. She also has capsular contractures around the implants. She underwent removal of the implants and capsules with replacement using 300cc textured silicone implants placed below the muscle. The post- operative photos are taken 3 months after her procedure.
