A woman in her 60s with a complex bilateral eyelid problem after blepharoplasty at an outside facility. She presented with a retracted open right eyelid and ptosis of the left eyelid. She is now 1 month post-op right eyelid levator muscle release of overly plicated previous blepharoplasty and left eyelid ptosis repair. Scar minimizing technique employed for a natural appearing result.
