Dr. Reish
A woman in her 40s, 1 year post-op revision rhinoplasty and septoplasty. This patient had previously undergone a rhinoplasty with another surgeon which resulted in deviation of her dorsal aesthetic lines with functional breathing obstruction. Revision rhinoplasty with tip refinement and spreader grafts were performed in order to straighten her nose and improve her breathing. In the lateral sides views the improvement in her tip defining point can be seen.
