Dr. Kilgo
The patient is a 56-year-old female who presents with a grade 4 capsular contracture of the left breast status post subglandular augmentation with saline implants in 2001 by another surgeon. She underwent bilateral implant removal, placement of 325cc silicone implants in the subpectoral plane and mastopexy. The post-operative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her procedure.
