Case-23201

Dr. Reish
A woman in her 30s, who had a previous tummy tuck and breast lift with implants. She felt that her prior tummy tuck scar was too high, she had too much abdominal skin laxity, and that her breasts were too large and ptotic (sagging). She is now 2 months postop short-incision revision abdominoplasty with liposuction and removal of her breast implants with inferior wedge breast lift to give her smaller and better shaped breasts. Scar minimizing technique employed. Abdominoplasty scar is designed to be short and completely below the bikini line.
