Dr. Reish
A man in his 20s, 6 months post-op revision rhinoplasty. The patient had a previous rhinoplasty which left him with an over projecting nasal tip with an elongated appearance of his nostrils preoperatively. He desired shortening of his nostrils and overall nasal length. He underwent nasal tip deprojection to shorten his nostrils and nasal length, nasal tip refinement, and tip elevation using MTF cartilage. The overall goal is a natural looking result which complements the rest of his face and does not droop when smiling.
