Case-24308

Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 20s who presented with bilateral tuberous breast deformity with significant asymmetry desired fuller, more uplifted and symmetric breasts. This condition results and under development of the lower portion of the breast often with significant breast asymmetry. To correct this, she underwent bilateral breast augmentation mastopexy using moderate plus profile 305 cc silicone implants. Different amounts of breast tissue were removed from each side to correct the volume discrepancy. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 1 year after her procedure.
