Dr. Kilgo
The patient woman in her late 40s who had undergone prior bilateral augmentation mastopexy 10 years ago presented with bilateral waterfall deformities. She desired replacement of her implants and revision mastopexy. She underwent removal of her breast implants with placement of 355 cc silicone implants and bilateral mastopexies. Photographs were taken 2 months post-operatively.
