Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 30s who had undergone prior breast augmentation over 20 years earlier and desired implant exchange. In addition, she sought to improve her abdominal contour after pregnancy. She underwent removal of her breast implants with placement of 325 cc smooth round silicone implants along with full lipo-abdominoplasty. Lipo-abdominoplasty combines traditional abdominoplasty with high-definition liposuction. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 2 months after surgery.
