A woman in her 30s required breast reduction to alleviate neck, back and shoulder pain. In addition, she desired improvement in her abdominal contour after pregnancy. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with liposuction of the lateral chest wall, axillary regions and full Lipo abdominoplasty. The postoperative photos were taken approximately three months after her surgery.
